Diana Small, SPHR, Vice President of Human Resources, specializes in strategic human resources leadership and business partnership with an emphasis on effectively managing areas that impact the employment experience. She will be accountable for supporting HORAN’s recent substantial growth preserving HORAN’s exceptional reputation as a partner in the regional community and the organization’s unified company culture.

Diana comes to HORAN with 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Her core focus areas include: strategic planning, organizational development, employment policies and procedures, talent development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health and employee services. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association (GCHRA) and International Customer Service Association (ICSA).

Before joining HORAN, Diana provided Human Resources Leadership and Support for Fortune 500 organizations within various industries including Pharmacy, Manufacturing, Gas & Electric Utilities, Banking, Airline and Information Technology. Diana received both a Masters degree in Labor & Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
